General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an anxiety attack. I see that you are already taking medications which are not maintaining under control your symptoms.

I suggest you take an anti-anxiety medication such as Lorazepam. I also recommend regular exercises, such as yoga and a healthy diet.

I suggest you avoid caffeine or alcohol intake. You can also try aromatherapy for relaxation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
